Hey! This project focuses on how to execute principles of self-discipline in any area, be it diet, exercise or studying. I want to share what I’ve learned with others, and hopefully inspire and motivate others with blog posts on what I’ve uncovered about the subject. As a long time sufferer of bad habits in all sorts of areas, I enjoy writing about how to overcome them and instead implement good habits in their place.
